The World of Wine (WOW) Festival's Grand Tasting & Silent Auction is Southern Oregon’s premier wine event showcasing outstanding wines made exclusively with Southern Oregon grapes. This event brings together the expertise of wine grape growers, the creativity of local and regional winemakers and gourmet foods and live music. Proceeds generated from this event support local community organizations such as, The Rogue Valley Winegrowers Association (RVWA) and the Southern Oregon Winery Association (SOWA). The finest wines from over 60 Southern Oregon wineries will be featured.

Here is what you need to know to get the most out of your experience at the World of Wine Festival today!

Registration will be done in the auditorium at Bigham Knoll, 525 Bigham Knoll (525 E Street) starting at 3pm on Saturday for the Grand Tasting and Silent Auction, which begins at 5pm.

Your opinion counts in a whole new way this year utilizing QR codes and an app built by ShopDragon/buyRogue.com to create a community driven People's Choice Award. The Grand Tasting will feature scannable QR codes for each wine submitted for competition and towards the end of the event the results from your ratings will be tallied, and a People's Choice winner declared. All you have to do is taste wine, scan the code with your smart phone and rate it. Make sure you come prepared to share your opinion!
